It began when he was a kid. He enjoyed playing with color pencils and doing things with his hands. That has not changed throughout the years. Everything he paints comes from his everyday life. The things he learns, the people he meets, and the places he visits all inspire him.
Being a self-taught artist makes Jordi an inventor. He creates his own tools to make different lines and textures. He uses anything from cooking utensils to screw drivers and wine corks to sand paper to give textures you wouldn't normally see in a painting. Contemporary and figurative styles are his passions, but also enjoys painting portraits, landscapes, and abstracts. When it comes to mediums, he mixing them to give different effects. He uses oils, acrylics, indian inks, and watercolors to create his vibrant style.
